The hunt for the Charlie Hebdo shooting has taken French police 50 miles North-east of Paris.

A total of 88,000 police and soldiers have now reported to be involved in the hunt for the two suspects of the shooting in which 12 people were killed.

Police fear that Cherif and Said Kouachi want to make a bloody last stand as they are still armed with AK-47’s and RPG’s.

French special police teams from the GIPN and RAID are carrying out foot patrols while they are supported by other ground police units and several helicopters.
